IntelliRay is a compact and fully programmable UV flood curing system. All system components of the microprocessor-controlled UV flood curing system are integrated into a small lamp head, making it easy to install anywhere, including optional Rayven benchtop curing chambers or factory floors. You can start timed exposure curing simply by attaching the head and connecting the AC cord. This system features a built-in adjustable shade-type shutter that allows for timing adjustments of repeated exposures and protects the user from ultraviolet light. The LCD display and digital keypad make programming and monitoring curing operations easy. Long-life arc lamps and parabolic reflectors uniformly irradiate an 8 x 6 inch curing area with UV light. The arc lamp is powered by the latest UV Power Plus lamp driver. The head comes with a convenient handle and a sliding height adjustment bracket for portability. IntelliRay is available in a 400W version and a higher intensity 600W version.
